About RELATE Social Skills
RELATE Social Skills has been designed to provide in-person teaching and training in groups for children and teens who struggle with social communication issues and friendship-making. It is ideal for verbal children on the Autism Spectrum who have an ASD diagnosis, as well as for others who may have a communication disorder or struggle with skills in any of the following areas:

Emily has a degree in Special Education and has taught classrooms that included children struggling with every type of social skill deficit. Her training as a Special Educator included extensive ABA training, which she incorporates into her social skills groups. She has experience working as a teacher, therapist, and behavior analyst, assisting families and children with special needs.
Emily provided social skills group training in the Bay Area (Silicon Valley) before making a temporary move to Colorado. She has spent over 20 years supporting children with special needs in school, home, and clinical settings.
